Here at Antal, we are constantly looking for talent. It’s our business and we excel at it. Due to our expansion plans there are several opportunities on offer for Recruitment Consultants to work from our London office placing business in Germany, Spain and The Netherlands.
These places will be awarded only to experienced recruitment consultants who have worked the respective country markets previously.
Successful consultants will work within a specific discipline, we are currently building our teams working within IT (particularly contractors), MS Dynamics, Engineering, Accountancy & Finance, Tax and Audit and Sales & Marketing to name but a few. Initially these roles will be based at our HQ in Baker Street, however there will be the opportunity to move to your country of business choice and build a team around you once you have established your desk.
This is a sales oriented role;
Recruitment, in any environment is a sales role. Our consultants are given full responsibility for both the client and candidate relationships and we believe by giving 360 degree responsibility to the managing consultant the client receives the best possible service and consultancy.
