Since 80 years the company has been making sense of large amounts of data from a wide variety of data sources with the aim to turn data into smart business decisions for their clients (Big Data). To complement the team in Nuremberg in full-time or freelance we are currently looking for a  

 

Global Marketing Automation Manager (m/f/d)

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Leading the set-up, administration and optimization of the Marketing Automation platform globally, developing and executing strategic demand generation and lead generation initiatives to drive qualified leads on Hubspot-based campaigns
  • Specifically leveraging marketing automation, CRM and other business intelligence platforms
  • Providing regular reporting on status of HubSpot usage and knowledge management and also developing global marketing and sales dashboards to report on and manage digital marketing performance
  • Collaborating with marketing and creative teams to create optimized templates and content, based on previous testing & trends analysis, for marketing campaigns and drip nurturing campaigns to support the product and regional teams
  • Providing actionable insights, improving email campaign content and performance and make recommendations regarding future strategies
  • Managing strategic automation plans and the end-to-end production and deployment of various promotional emails, including planning, targeting, segmentation, scheduling, set-up/coding, testing, design/creative, copy writing and overall campaign status reporting
  • Optimizing email workflows to drive higher returns
  • Continually monitoring testing results, deliverability metrics and best practices, integrate learning to manage and ensure optimal email results and improve deliverability, compliance around permission-based marketing, email hygiene, privacy and spam regulation
  • Planning and implementing data quality strategies and processes including cleansing, deduplication, data enrichment, data appending and ensure the database in segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities and in the line with market personas

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or technology
  • 5+ years experience in Marketing Automation
  • Being a certified HubSpot user and an expert in B2B marketing including email marketing, lead generation and accout-based marketing
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing ideally in a B2B-focused corporation
  • Strong analytical, strategic and tactical skills as well as a great attention to details and processes
  • Strong background in both usage and implementation in Salesforce and previous experiences using alternative Marketing Automation platforms such as Marketo or Pardot
  • Strong analytical , KPI and commercial mindset
  • Capability of inspiring strong collaborations in a complex matrix organization
  • Feeling comfortable in an international environment
  • Encouraged to take over personal responsibility and feeling comfortable by presenting in front of C-Level management and marketing expert
  • Native English speaker, other languages as a plus
  • Ability to travel occasionally
