Finance Business Partner (m/w) for international Sales Controlling

Your responsibilities:

As Finance Business Partner, Sales Controlling (m/f) you are responsible to enable sales teams to gain best-in-class sales performance. You Build and run effective early warning system in sales environment and provide advisory to sales leadership. Additionally it is your task to provide financial advisory on pricing and discount/rebate strategy.

Your core tasks essentially comprise the following points:

  • Setup and run transparent, best-in-class and customer focused holistic early warning system embedded in sales government system and develop sales/KPI dashboard
  • Establish reliable forecasting system and run periodical sales forecasts
  • Provide holistic sales performance view and advise on risk mitigation actions; create transparency on deal sales & progress/success
  • Provide financial advice to business deals, contracts and business terms and recommend changes/approval
  • Create input to establishing a pricing strategy and drive implementation and maintenance
  • Establish collaboration network with legal and accounting/controlling functions as well as Regional Sales/Finance teams Requirements

Your Profile:

  • University degree in Finance or equivalent
  • 4-5 years in finance/controlling environment
  • Reliable pricing experience
  • Project management skills and business acumen
  • Experience working in international environment and in virtual teams
  • Confidence managing international stakeholders at all levels within the organization
  • Very fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • You are a result-oriented, organized and strategically working person with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills. You initiate and drive change processes, taking into account future requirements. On the one hand, you succeed in motivating colleagues and employees. On the other hand, you do not shy away from confrontation if necessary and confidently represent your points of view. In addition, you enjoy working in a dynamic international working environment with a focus on customers and solutions.
