SALES EXECUTIVE – ICT/ENG
Our Client a Multinational and major player in the communication industry, seeks to recruit Sales Executives. Owing to expansion, we would like to invite highly self-motivated individuals to join their team in the Communication Division of the Company.
• Responsible for executing sales action plan to meet or exceed sales revenue targets.
• Responsible for prospecting, identifying and generating new business opportunities particularly in the areas of ICT surveillance and security solutions.
• Manage and monitor sales and pipeline activities against assigned target to provide accurate forecast.
• Understand the needs and requirements of the customers and provide sales presentations solutions to address those needs.
• Responsible for coordinating for the preparations and presentation of proposals, tender responses, and quotations to customers.
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate strategic accounts or market segments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Submit weekly sales report on progress and plans for sales pipelines.
• Degree or Masters, preferably in IT, Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8-10 years of experience in Sales of ICT or surveillance/security systems integrations of network, hardware and software.
• Possess the necessary selling skills for cold calling, prospecting and face to face presentations sales.
• Strong track record establishing new accounts, and meeting sales target
• Have a “hunting” instinct in sales approach
• Able to manage sales pipeline in a discipline structured manner.
• Possess good inter-personal communication presentation and business writing skills.
• High level of self-motivation, discipline and integrity.
• Result oriented with strong focus
• Creative and resourceful individual, able to work independently as well as team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
• Entry level candidates with the right aptitude may be considered.
