The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving the market share to new business entities and channels. The ISR is an entrepreneur, leading sales growth through pipeline generation, primarily through Cold Calling, Social Selling and some lead follow up.
The ISR will also attend events which Validity are sponsoring to generate leads as required. The ISR will be aligned to an Account Executive (AE) working in a team of two with the ISR responsible for the teams pipeline generation strategy allowing the AE to focus their time on progressing opportunities through the Sales Cycle. The role reports to VP Sales with a strong alignment to Marketing Director, EMEA
The ideal candidate will be:-
Extremely ambitious and have a passion for Sales
Sales experience against quota / sales objectives

Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills
