Digital Marketing Manager (Entertainment Industry)

Job Description


Our Client, a leader in the Entertainment Industry (Film Distribution & Production, Discography, Copyright Management), exclusively representing Greek Artists as well as major Studios in Cinema & Home Entertainment, is seeking for their dynamic team based in Athens a:



The ideal candidate shall combine experience as a Social Media, Community & E-Commerce Manager, with extensive involvement in the Entertainment Industry.


Role & Responsibilities:

•          Planning digital marketing campaigns, incl. web, SEO/SEM, email, social media & display advertising

•          Implement a content editorial calendar and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns

•          Set digital & social media strategies for each specific movie & their Premieres

•          Research and analyze competition, industry, marketing goals, trends, audience preferences and           best practices, while staying up-to-date with digital technology trends

•          Create and execute innovative strategies and marketing plans for increasing products purchases,    cross-sell and upsell activities

•          Collaboration with marketing communication department to deliver campaigns drive awareness, engagement, product adoption and for strengthening customer loyalty

•          Propose B2C pricing & design promotional activities, new pricing schemes & loyalty programs

•          Be the expert in B2C purchasing behavior; survey competitive landscape and provide insights to the product marketing team

•          Utilize social media management tools to monitor & track products mentions, relevant discussion topics & conversations; Identify, track, and analyze trends and provide relevant reports on a weekly basis

•          Analyze, review & report on community members’ profiles based on behaviors, and needs

•          Participate in strategies delivery for engaging content & experiences in the community

•          Propose initiatives for community growth, eg contests, online events, participation in offline events.


Desired Skills and Experience:

•          Proven work experience as a Social Media, E-Commerce and Community Manager

•          Hands on experience with Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc)

•          Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords & Facebook campaigns

•          In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms

•          Experience with customer service and account management

•          Strong analytical skills

•          Excellent verbal and written communication skills
