Job Description


The role is based in Zhuhai-China

1.      Must be native in Chinese and fluent in English

2.      BSc in Marketing and Administration or other business related subjects.

3.      Self-motivated, eager and willing to learn

4.      Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team

5.      Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in similar positions.

6.      Well-presented and driven.



1.    Back Office Support for China office

2.    Handling & Coordinating Distributor related matters, complaints and queries

3.    Preparation of Quotations

4.    Coordination of Order Entry and follow up on order status

5.    Maintaining records for internal and external needs

6.    Preparing letters, presentations and reports

7.    Booking transport and accommodation

8.    Organizing local training, meeting as necessary.

9.    keeping personnel records
