Job Description


  1. Handle the day-to-day human resource needs of the manufacturing site;
  2. Provide guidance to local and regional managers in matters of employee relations; prepare effective documentation;
  3. Ensure legal and contractual compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR laws and regulations;
  4. Create reports and analyze data which may include exit survey responses, and headcount reports;
  5. Collaborate with managers to develop recruitment and retention strategies.  Determine best resources through recruiting sites or recruitment events to identify and attract quality, cost-competitive candidates through recruiter’s network, job sites, and other social media sites;
  6. Understand training needs and develop programs to support our growing team.


  1. Relevant degree;
  2. Min 2 years of experience in similar role in manufacturing environment (automotive is preferred);
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills.  Must be able to build and maintain working relationships across different levels and within different departments;
  4. Excellent and proficient oral and written communication skills.  Must possess the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively, both internally and externally and demonstrate a high and constant level of professionalism;
  5. Must have a working and basic understanding of HR systems and be able to understand the process flow and how their input will impact others within the HR Team and ultimately the organization;
  6. Ability to analyze, interpret information and act accordingly within guidelines and as advised by HR Manager;
  7. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and projects with a sense of urgency and manage work load accordingly;
  8. Native Hungarian and flawless English
