The continuously growing local organization is in need for a
who will lead the plant maintenance department in daily activities regarding safety, quality, and maintenance.
It is not the size of the team, or the operations which would make a difference, It is an opportunity where the job holder could build up systems and teams working on leading edge projects.
a) Plan, schedule and monitor the timely completion of maintenance work orders;
b) Contact, train, and work with vendors and subcontractors to safely and efficiently achieve desired results;
c) Initiate and/or maintain preventive maintenance processes;
d) Initiate and/or maintain a cost-effective preventive maintenance program and implement quality improvement and cost reduction ideas;
e) Maintain adequate inventories of spare parts and purchase materials, parts, and supplies as required;
f) Ability to identify root cause of problems and effectively initiate immediate corrective action to prevent reoccurrence;
g) Communicate and maintain teamwork with all departments within the facility;
h) Report any information that may impede the operation of the plant as soon as it becomes known, while providing technical expertise regarding plant equipment and facilities;
i) Follow all safety rules and practices, conduct safety training, and perform daily safety observations to identify where safety issues could arise and take measures to proactively address the concerns.
a) Relevant degree;
b) Maintenance and supervisory experience in a manufacturing plant;
c) Advanced skills in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical;
d) Demonstrated supervisory skills;
e) Fluent English and native Hungarian;
f) Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
