Job Description

The role will include customer (Automotive OEM) interface and project team management, internal coordination, planning, scheduling, project execution to deliver a timely, appropriate and profitable project, matching objectives.

a) Leadership of the project throughout its life-cycle from concept development through to manufacture, job 1 SOP plus 90.
b) Relationship management with all stakeholders.
c) Meeting project milestones, schedules and quality and profitability objectives
d) Establishing and reporting performance metrics.
e) Meeting internal business reporting requirements.
f) Conducting customer progress meetings and compilation of associated reports.
g) Adhering to project, sub-contract, security and data management strategy protocols.
h) Management of project issues, risks and opportunities.
i) Identification and planning of resources needed to support programme deliverables.
j) Coordinate and manage all task activities ensuring all documentation is fully compliant with company process and procedures.
k) Chair and organisation of project and customer meetings.
l) Document & Managing change by the customer technically & commercially to ensure that Gurit reaches targeted profitability on each project.
m) Ensuring a complete a full datapack is maintained at all times during the project timeframe

a) Program management experience in the automotive industry
b) Proven experience in automotive Tier 1 engineering environments
c) Experience in design/manufacturing techniques for low/medium volume production.
d) Engineering Degree
e) Customer focused and results focused.
f) Flexibility and adaptability.
g) Fluent business English, Hungarian and preferably German
