Technical Sales Representative CEE

Job Description


§  Maintain and further grow business at existing customers

§  Understanding of company strategy and implementation into regional business development strategy

§  Exploring of food market in the region, regular update of market intelligence and competitors information

§  Efficient and professional price and contract negotiation                              

§  In close cooperation with distributors map out the market with regard to potential business opportunities and target customers

§  Initiating of projects and ensuring projects delivery focusing on differentiated products

§  Understanding of value selling, ability to communicate   added value to customers

§  Ensure intensive customer interaction to accelerate business growth via new projects delivery

§  Provide needed  technical support to progress customer’s projects

§  Develop close working relationships within customer organizations across different functions and levels

§  Effective cooperation with TS and MD teams to support business development in the region

§  Maintain and develop partner relationships with distributors to provide effective cooperation across different levels and functions

§  Provide distributor customers with appropriate support, keep contacts with key distributor’s customers

§  Communicate accurate forecasts to supply chain


·         Minimum 5 years of customer related job experience in the food industry

·         A degree in food technology  or proven skills  through work experience in the food industry.

·         Good questioning skills to understand customer needs

·         Computer Skills – MS Office Fluent English

·         Driving license

·         Shows strong drive for results

·         Cultural awareness, readiness to work in a multicultural environment

·         Willingness to travel about 60% of working time
