The job holder would be responsible for the development, co-ordination and execution of customer and product marketing strategies, acting like a product manager. He/she would be responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, planning and implementation. Tasks cover strategic and operational tasks.
The brand manager will report to Country Manager, dotted line to Head of Marketing, CEE.
a) Develop and execute relevant customer, consumer and product marketing plans (including POS, e-marketing, promotions) to support sales and in line with overall customer marketing strategy;
b) Analyze market, become a central conduit for information on country retailer strategies, pricing, promotion and competitor activity by customer, making recommendations as required;
c) Understand customers' needs and desires (especially teenage target groups);
d) Prepare customer and product specific plans (category management) and materials to facilitate listings, product upgrade and category growth initiatives;
e) Manage media and on-line content.
a) Relevant degree, 3+ years of customer marketing reference;
b) Digital/eMarketing experience is a strong plus;
c) Good knowledge and understanding of customer, consumer and on-line marketing.
d) Proactive, independent, responsible, self-starter approach
e) Self-motivated and intellectually curious.
f) English language fluency.
g) Experience in trade marketing is a plus
