The successful candidate will be a consummate and credible sales engineer who has an understanding/experience to manufacturing clients.
a) Prospect new partners, direct clients within the territory, and collaboratively work with existing partners to develop business opportunities;
b) Develop and maintain new and existing direct customers through relationship building and effective daily communication, act as an ambassador for the company;
c) Participate in local community networking groups to establish market presence which will lead to future business opportunities.
d) Manage distribution channels within the assigned territory, agree on annual forecast, and review actual results versus expectations regularly (at least quarterly);
e) Ensure partners are adequately investing in the resources necessary to promote products within the assigned territory; take corrective action as and when required;
f) Attend at industry events and tradeshows as a representative.
a) Degree in related field (mechanical engineering);
b) Highly motivated self-starter;
c) Proven track record in B2B sales and demonstrable knowledge of long sales processes;
d) Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises;
e) Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions;
f) A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities;
g) Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks;
h) Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation;
i) Fluent English, native Hungarian;
j) Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual.
