HR Generalist (manufacturing)

Job Description

The HR Generalist would act as the only HR in the team, managing onboarding, salary and benefits administration, recruitment/employment, training, and employment law compliance issues. Reporting directly to Plant Manager and regional HR Management.
 
Major tasks:
a) Support to the plant management team, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the HR;
b) Administer employee contracts and agreement across the business;
c) Manage and improve employee relations;
d) Handle recruitment processes by coordinating job postings, conducting interviews and find ways to reach talent;
e) Manage and improve compensation and benefits systems;
f) Implement learning and development activities by coordinating training sessions, managing attendance and gathering and evaluating employee feedback;
g) Maintaining compliance regulations concerning employment.

Requirements:
a) Relevant degree and 3+ years HR experience;
b) Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SAP would be a plus
c) Good communication skills, emotional intelligence;
d) Strong work ethics;
e) Excellent time management, and analytical skills;
f) Fluent English, native Hungarian.
