Job Description

Tasks and responsibilities
Main objective is to carry out sales and marketing activities in such a way that higher
sales, market shares and profits can be achieved and that company’s market position is
· To support customers with all requests, technical questions and needs.
· To organize customer visits for technical training courses at the customer’s site.
· To achieve current sales and quality policy in the market.
· To plan customer visits and to carry them out according to schedule.
· To visits direct customers, dealers, distributors and garages.
· To organize and to carry out joint visits with the customers sales staff.
· To organize local marketing promotions with customers.
· To support defining of marketing budgets for the assigned customers.
· To support defining of sales targets.
· To take part in customer trade fairs.
· To create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on activities and market

To keep the customers up to date regarding new products and other relevant product
related information.
· To apply the Company Quality Policy in all sales activities.

Experience and qualification
· High school degree or equivalent and professional commercial education
· Experienced in similar position
· Experienced in automotive or car parts business
· Very good organization and communication skills
· Assertiveness
· Good analytical skills
· Good team player
· Very good knowledge in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· Good command of Romanian and Hungarian language, fluent in English, German
would be a plus.
