Job Description

Experience: 6-9 years 

Qualification: B.E/ B. Tech, B. Sc, MBA- Marketing (preferred)

Industry: Chemicals / Petrochemical / Plastic / Rubber 

Functional Area: Sales, Retail, Business Development


Key Responsibilities

·         Explore new business opportunities and identify new partners for business development

·         Prospect for new customers by cold calling and through networking; negotiate with them to secure profitable business

·         Evaluate competition and products in the market and give market feedback

·         Prepare the sales budget & targets (region wise & monthly) in order to achieve overall business plan

·         Monitor Sales volume and revenue against budget to identify problem areas and take necessary action

·         Responsible for Key Account Management – would take care of end – to – end customer needs for major accounts; practice concept of value -selling

·         Provide support on product application and development with technical services team Receivables Management in order to secure positive cash flow & meeting the targets set for it
