Rs. 25 lpa fixed with Rs. 2.5 lpa – Rs. 6.5 lpa variable payout

Academic Qualifications

BE/B Tech + MBA Preferred

Experience Profile

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in managing Branch/ Area/ Dealership as profit center preferably from Commercial Vehicles, Tyre, Construction Equipment, Spare Parts, Lubricants and OEM Parts Departments. People from Petro Retail (like Reliance, Essar may also be look into) Can also look at Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Bharat Benz as target companies

Reporting to

Head of Retail Business

Key Responsibilities

  1. Effective management of Sales and Service team to achieve desired Sales & Service numbers, revenue and profitability targets
  2. Relationship building with all Key and Strategic Customers in the market and with other critical stakeholders in CV industry like Body Builders, Financers, major garage owners, etc.
  3. Deploy effective market development plans/strategies.
  4. Deploy effective local marketing initiatives
  5. Ensure high performance on all Customer Satisfaction Indices. COCOs service & customer satisfaction levels have to be ahead of rest of the industry.
  6. Develop market intelligence to understand emerging market trends and new opportunities.
  7. Forecast demand and manage availability of right product mix for Retail
  8. Work and interface effectively with the channel management teams for support required and to be in sync with the organizational goals.
  9. Ensure dealership infrastructure is as per required standards
  10. Ensure implementation of right operating processes i.e. GSP & DOS
