Chief FinancialOfficer


Director Finance – Asia & MD India, Management Team Member




Chartered Accountant with 15-20 years of work experience of which 3 years should have been at senior management level. He/she should bring in strong experience in strategizing and execution of growth plans in thecompany, preferably in a Listed Legal entity.


The Chief Financial Officer would manage all financial aspects for the organization. He/she would be responsible for the following:


v  Development & Execution of Short-term and Long- term Business Plans along with the Management team.

v  Establishing and maintaining proper Internal Controls across the organization.

v  Effective management of Working Capital

v  Raising of Capital from Banks/Institutional investorsetc

v  Capital Budgeting including the evaluation of financial viability of various projects.

v  Compliance of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Company Law requirements






v  Treasury Management including Effective management of  relationships with banks and other financial institutions

v  Expertise in accounting and book keeping

v  Effective management of relations with External stake holders, Analysts, Board and Internal Management

v  Expertise in project management (systems transition)

v  Managing corporate revenue, purchase and budgets

v  Ensure appropriate Management Information Systems to facilitate right decision making.

v  Analyzing trends in the sector and updating the leadership team  on growth prospects, opportunities, trends etc. Studying the benchmark operations ofcompetition.

v  Managing Change

v  Provide direction to gain profitability and reduce costs. Active involvement in Corporate Governance

v  Development and build strong teams and Talent pipeline.







Chartered Accountant with excellent Academic Credentials ( preferably rank holders)
