Job Description

Purpose

Business Development, Lead Generation, Customer Relationship Development, Newmarket exploration, Potential customer identification, Market analysis & research.

Key Responsibilities

 

Ø Introducing to New line of Business - utilization of excess machining capacity

Ø Handling to get Tie-up for advanced features controllers for better innovations to reduce the running cost of the machine to give the benefits to the customer.

Ø Setting the process and technical scope for the Sales Department.

Ø Active involvement in company-related Advertisement, Broachers, Website, Marketing Manual, B2B portal.

Ø Building customer relationship & satisfaction.

Ø Conduct sales and marketing calls to book meetings with potential clients.

Ø Send follow-up marketing materials and make follow-up monthly calls to establish relationships.

Ø Call and personally visit potential, new and existing customers to facilitate new business.

Ø Perform client presentations articulating the value proposition of solution, and service offerings.

Ø Manage product sales growth and individual sales effectiveness by reviewing sales activity schedule

Ø Skilled in cold calling, Technical discussion, scope presentation, Negotiation price and commercial terms and conditions in favor of the company.

Ø Built pricing opportunities and customer satisfaction to encourage repeat sales.

Ø Identified target companies and key decision-makers.

Ø Ensuring that deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.

Ø Preparing high value and automated line as well as complex offers for better understanding and to increase the knowledge and to make it easy to get the orders for the company.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS:

Ø Defence and Railway clients

Qualification & Experience

Ø Graduate Engineer (BE / B Tech) and MBA (Marketing) with 12+ years of experience in sales management with a minimum of 8 years in handling the Defense and railway industry.

Ø Work experience in a multi-national company environment would be an advantage.

Ø Experience in handling a complete project from getting order to on-time delivery.
