Ø His/her main contribution and accountabilities will be:
· Advising and providing recommendations to the management with regard to manpower realignment and resource allocation.
· Analysing key business metrics like attrition and recommending actions for leaders and partnering with business.
· Identifying High Potential talents and actively participating in designing career progression and succession plan for key positions.
· Identifying training needs and developing and implementing a training plan
· Managing the personnel cost and ensuring the same are well within the budget
· Providing validated data for Payroll process for respective target employees
