• Building Sales &Business Expansion Strategy for Key Clients based on Ad platform, especially branding focused
• Work with marketing teams and Agencies to enable their business & marketing objectives through Digital marketing solutions, and drive the revenue based on strategic partnership.
• Understand market needs and requirements and to be able to sell and differentiate in a competitive environment.
• Develop and execute the vertical strategy to ensure growth and achievement of revenue objectives
• Working closely with Marketers to grow the Indian Online Ecosystem and scale their businesses through Digital Marketing solution.
• Work with operation team to secure inventories required for meeting the client objectives.
• Regularly Analyze digital industry in India and do Competitive analysis. Requirements:
• With an excellent understanding of mobile and advertising industry trends, and programmatic knowledge among Google ecosystem
• Extensive experience in online/mobile advertising and applications.
• Excellent communications and analytical skills, and creative approach to problem solving.
• Ability to manage in high activity, high transaction environment.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals with a serious work ethic are required.
•Able to ideate innovative plans / options to garner larger advertising spend from advertisers and increase market share for the company.
•Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts
•Collaborate with internal, cross market/regional teams to ensure product improvement, transfer knowledge, improving process/client relationship
Qualification and Skills:
• Min Experience of 5 - 7 years in Online Sales.
• Masters' in Business Administration.
•Proven and consistent track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering sales targets in excess of company expectations
•Should have good understanding of market dynamics
• Good understanding of Programmatic business.
• Good rapport with advertising agencies and key advertisers in the market
