Direct reportees                 : Head Sales(India-2),Europe, North America, Latin America Asia/Middle East/Africa, Head – Planning, Head–New Product & Regulatory Sales, Head – Technical Services, Key Account Manager (Total 10 Direct Reportees)

Age                                 : 40+


Experience: 18+ experience of Sales with strong credentials of expanding business, building teams (manager and manager of manager experience) 8 years. Well versed promoting products with pharma industry

Type of Organizations: USD 30 million per annum or more business turnover, B2B organisations. Allied pharmaceutical sector, Global and Process oriented organisations. 

Key Job Responsibilities:

1) Business strategy 

-> Develop an overall business plan and convert it into an operations plan

-> Supervise all marketing communications that includes advertisements, organising seminars and other significant events.

-> Implement best-in-class practices, policies and procedures to build a high performing sales organization

2) Customer management:

Provoke improvement plans basis feedback captured through regular customer surveys and insights

3) Cross-functional interaction:

Recognise new product opportunities and closely collaborate with R & D, Quality, Technical Services and Marketing for new product development

4) Team management:

Talent Management and development; enhance the effectiveness of Sales team across all regions
