Trade Marketing Manager - CSD - Liquor/Spirit (6-8 yrs)

Job Description

Role Description ( Roles & Responsibilities): 

1. Maintaining BTL budgets 

2. Planning & execution Monthly visibility targets 

3. Strategizing promotions by regular co-ordination with state heads - self driven 

4. Tracking promotion reports on regular basis 

5. Creating pool of vendors for 

a. gift procurement 

b. Events 

c. Visibility mediums 

6. Prepare brand launch formats - visibility, promotions, event, merchandisers, events etc 

7. Conceptualize & execution of diff kinds of events leading to brand building & recall 

8. Gift & POP management in every month 

9. Management of ABD Brand creative, basic knowledge of design software like coral draw, freehand, EPS 

10. Knowledge of specs for frequently used gift items, visibility mediums 

11. Tracking comp activities in terms of new launch, change of POS, innovative promos 

12. Analyzing comp trade schemes 

13. Tie Up Management

Quantitative BTL Management - 12 Cr / annum 

Promotion Analysis - every month 

POSM & gift audit - every month 

Visibility audit - every month 

Qualitative Strategic: Effective BTL management to generate maximum ROI in all North states 

Team Management & Development: Close coordination with entire Sales Team for idea generation & strategizing & execution of need based tactical promotions 

Process & Innovation: At least 2 innovative promotion in every quarter with Effective Execution 

Profitable growth focus: Effective utilization of BTL budgets to meet monthly branch targets 

Customer Focus: Planning & execution of consumer promotion / visibility mediums to generate monthly sales with TOM awareness
