Job Description

A Leading MNC Pharmaceutical is looking to Product Manager/Sr Product Manager with 6-8 years of experience in Marketing/Product Management in Diabetes

Key responsibilities

- Analysis of Internal Sales Data, Indication wise, reports and other primary research information and Providing 

  feedback to Field on sales data.

- Deliver the marketing objectives for brands by managing & guiding Sales team. Provide overall 

  directions to develop new markets and strengthen the existing ones

- Monitor progress of marketing strategies with the objective of increasing the market share and profitability.

- Drive the implementation of well defined product strategies & promotion campaigns through the Sales force.

- Preparation of marketing plan, strategy execution & review. Budgeting for Promotion & marketing activities 

  spends for various Brands and monitoring. 

- KOL management, Regular interaction & Training of field force on products, marketing messages

The Successful Candidate:

- 6-8 years of relevant work experience in Marketing

- Industry experience in Pharmaceutical

 -Qualification: B.Sc./ B. Pharm/ MBA
