A Top MNC Consumer healthcare leader in Nutritional & Wellness category is looking for Sr Manager Marketing
- Manages local activation of the endorsement strategy for the categor
- Develops, analyses and communicates local market knowledge and insights.
- Develops and executes the endorsement marketing component of the 5-year category strategy.
- Monitors productivity and effectiveness KPIs on monthly basis; initiates corrective actions where necessary.
Keeps a track on the agreed metrics for the category
- Analyses data from multiple data points to ensure dipsticks, audits, sales and research.
- Monitors activity progress on quarterly basis; initiates corrective action where necessary.
Manages local expert marketing and sales capabilities
- Trains, develops, coaches and engages the marketing and sales team.
- Coordinates regulatory, legal and (local) claims development and approvals.
Drives Marketing Activities
- Establishes effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Associations, Academic Institutions and Consumer Review organizations.
Drives brand visibility and awareness activities
- Designs and develops marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness resulting in greater brand equity.
- Develops activities that effectively drive education of endorsers and/or evoke strong consumer call to action following recommendation.
- Understands the matrixed ways-of-working with Category teams and Market team.
- Manages local marketing budget for the category in accordance with the India commercial marketing strategy.
- Partners with cross-functional teams and Brand teams to ensure alignment on all aspects of the brands.
Education & Criteria
- MBA with good knowledge of Pharma marketing & Sales, Product / Domain Knowledge
- Knowledge of the latest trends in Marketing
