Years of expereince - More than 14 years of expereince in plant HR operations
Job Description :

- Should take care of entire Plant HR .

- HR/Welfare/CSR/Admin/Canteen etc functions reports to this position.

- Should have experience in handling Labour/internal union, Settlement, Public Relations, Local Matters and Settlements and Disciplinary matters.

- Experience in handling wage settlement and employee unions

- Dealing with external stakeholders such as Govt authorities, Leaders etc.

- Should handle entire compliance/plant operations .Strong in understanding plant operations, production schemes/manpower studies.

- Should Understand the Factory Culture, Productivity measurement and Workforce Optimization.

- Facilitate change management process across all levels / plant areas.

- Have Thorough Knowledge of HR Processes like PMS, Recruitment, Manpower Retention, Skilling, Employee Engagement etc

- Good Team Player and Leadership Skills, Good communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, high on relationship, and enthusiastic candidate
