HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans, and programs are realized and the HR Should have the Possibility to help the HR Director to Design & develop the Tools to measure people efficacy and to help to find the Company Process from Different Department in the company.
1. Administration & Legal compliance
❖ Develop, advise on and implement effective and appropriate employment policies which meet legal requirements, best practice and organizational objectives.
❖ Help to implement the Induction Welcoming for all new Comers with Specific Requirements with updating on a yearly basis the information and help to prepare the welcoming tools kit for all new joiners
❖ Develop, maintain and implement all employment policies relevant to establishing the employee/employer relationship in a legally compliant environment
2. Recruitment & selection
❖ Manage the recruitment and selection process & Creating and revising job descriptions with analyzing job duties
❖ Continued involvement in and refinement of the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process
❖ Develop and maintain policies for and coordinate job definition, recruitment, interview, selection and appointment of new members of staff, including acting as a member of recruitment panels.
3. Employee Engagement & relations
❖ Engender effective employee relations by proactively addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
❖ Monitor the Employee Engagement Platform and conduct the report to HR Head on Monthly Basis.
❖ Highly motivated with an enthusiasm for employee engagement and a desire to seek out new ways to engage with employees.
4. Employee Development Plan & Performance management
❖ Handle, monitor and review the system of performance appraisal to ensure that the system supports management best practice and the needs of employees.
❖ Influence and support organizational change ensuring staff remain engaged, motivated and valued.
❖ Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program and helping to update the process of Employee development Plan in all the regional
5. Personal Characteristics
❖ HR Managerial Experience not less than 3-5 years in the FMCG industry.
❖ Successful work experience as an HR position.
❖ Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development).
❖ Commitment to staying current on an understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
❖ Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
❖ Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
❖ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
❖ Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making.
❖ Strength of character, ethics, and commitment, and reliability.
❖ Ability to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information, highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
