Telesales Executive

Job Description

Our clients are a premier leaflets distribution company based in Clonshaugh , Co. Dublin

They are an SME with 10 employees, with a focus  on high quality  delivery service and account management via GPS tracked distribution.

Job Purpose  


To sell leaflet distribution services to SME and corporate customers in Ireland. (Reporting to the Business Development Manager)

Key Objectives 

1. Generating new business revenue against set targets.

2. Achieve performance targets.

3. Record activity on the customer database.



Areas of Responsibility

1. To sell leaflet distribution services to SME and corporate customers in Ireland

2. To ensure a minimum number of telephone calls and conversations are completed each day against given targets.

 3. To target a specific numbers of given accounts and be proactive in finding new business.

4. To produce sales forecasts and record this information on the Zoho CRM system.

5. Proactively provide information on Premium leaflets, its products and solutions with the aim being to maximise the sales opportunity.  


Job Related Qualifications

 Experience in B2B sales (2+ years) would be advantageous.  In addition, any formal sales training would be of benefit. 

Job Related Skills and Experience 

The Internal Sales Executive must be outgoing with a confident & professional telephone manner.  Previous experience in a telesales role is essential, preferably in a role where cold calling sales skills were required. 

In addition, excellent administration and written and verbal communication skills are essential. 

Finally, the job holder should be motivated by customer engagement activities, like cold calling and have the desire to work in a target driven environment.  


The salary sale is indicated as follows: (depending on experience) €28k basic OTE year one €40k+
