Operations division is a team specialised in talented engineering profiles in production, SCM, Research and Development, construction, quality, design and technical sales and marketing.

Our Client is a World Leader Company in HVAC sector, based in Milan.

We are looking for a:

SERVICE TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Provide technical Support for the whole aircon portfolio to B2B and B2C market. Integration and Back UP with Technical Support people:

  • Service Network
  • Sales Agencies
  • Sales Division Colleagues
  • Dealers
  • Installers
  • Customers
  • Field Trainers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support to Service network by phone, e-mail and on field (dedicated area)
  • Technical Support to Call Center agents
  • Technical Support to Dealers, Installers, Customers, Field Trainers, Sales Division, Colleagues, by phone, e-mail and on field
  • Technical trouble escalation to EHQ
  • Technical trouble follow up till solution, pushing actor involved
  • Technical Support to Spare – parts team
  • Provide Technical Support to VOC team
  • Support VOC team in case of Product Liability (PL)
  • Increase technical skill of Engineers
  • Propose new and cancellation of Service Center
  • Engineer Certification/exam as per EHQ/HQ guideline
  • Issuing of technical information to service technicians (i.e. service bulletin, technical note, service tip)

Requirements:

  • High School or University (mechanical or Eletronics Studies)
  • 3 – 6 years of experience in aircon business
  • Good knowledge of technical English and window office pack
  • Speed in problem solving
  • Good technical skill
  • Attitude to work by objective and in team
