TECHNICAL SALES sector REFINISH
The person will be in charge of:
- Support Market Manager to develop a CT&LIC strategy via market studies and industry assessment
- Deliver and support annual sales plans for customers or distributors in agreement with the regional sales / market manager
- Train, coach and support customers and distributors/importers in winning and growing their business, monitor progress to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Guarantee the technical support, product information, technical problem solving to distributors with regular visits.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the Refinish organization on effective CT & LIC value proposition (segments, products, route to market, customer specifications)
- Support the Regional sales manager in maintaining and winning key accounts. Through market visits, customer contacts, continuously gather information relevant to the function and feedback to the sales and marketing organization
- Liaise with other SBUs (OEM, IC, PC, Architectural) to identify and exploit new business opportunities and capture and share best practices.
Who we are looking for:
Fluent in English & French (mandatory). Italian is a plus.
CT & LIC product knowledge
Knowledge of CT & LIC customer, influencer and competitor business and operational practices
Experience of working with distributors
Proven entrepreneurial ability
