For an international cosmetics company, we are looking for a
PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER
- Lead the execution of marketing programs and work in cross-functional teams focused on the development of new products from initial briefing to the launch of the product.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Achieve corporate business objectives through a strategic vision.
- Collaborate with customers in order to create business strategies.
- Analyze market trends data and working closely with the customer's product development team, to accelerate the delivery of new products maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience (at least 5 years) in similar role from cosmetic companies
- Team working attitude
- Knowledge of raw materials, packaging and cosmetic products
- Passionate about make up and beauty world
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
