Our client is a fast growing E-Commerce international player, for a new business they are going to open in Italy, we are looking for a
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXPERT
-Define target B2C merchants (local&cross-border) in terms of RTM, CRM, market aspiration, user demand as well as related transaction costs and burden;
- Strong contribution in merchants' recruitment efficiency through data analysis and process management;
- Work with other colleagues to deliver merchants' recruitment target and empowering target;
-Explore local service/fulfillment provider and other eco-partners to help merchants connect with such partners;
- Establish strong visibilities in sales and service funnel, take necessary steps to identify issues and improve the efficiency in each segment of the funnel in order to deliver the efficiency which is required to sustain growth;
- Connect with 3rd parties for both online and offline cooperation opportunities.
1. 3+ years work experience on B2C/retail business development, industrial background as preference;
2. Good at communication and collaboration; team player; results oriented;
3. Good at customer relationship management; good at customer life cycle management and local service planning;
4. Italian native speaker; fluent in English as preference.
