Job description


The purpose of this role is to design, manage and implement the digital/Social Media and Events Strategy of the company:


  • Manage and design the social media strategy and the brand identity of the institute
  • Design, manage and implement the istitutional and promotional events guaranteeing the coordination among off-line and on-line activities
  • Developing off-line & on-line activities and PR in order to implement the brand visibility
  • Draws up quantitative and qualitative reports on the on-line company activities
  • Monitoring the return of investments (SEO / SEM)
  • Define target group for social campaigns
  • Define strategic partnership with influencers in the luxury area
  • Define web campaigns and web content to increase the brand identity and brand awareness of company
  • Manage the relationships with external contractors and the area budget


Skills required


  • Degree in Communication / PR and qualification in digital / social media / events management
  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar role. A previous experience in luxury or education sector is a plus
  • English: proficiency. Chinese would be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of SEO & SEM
  • Strong interest for fashion / design / arts area
  • Strategic thinking, team-working, people management



Location: Milan, availability to travel required
