- To achieve the overall profitability goal and the non-sales objective in image presentation and service provision;
- To be responsible for managing, motivating & coaching shop sales as a team to achieve the sales and non-sales objectives;
- To be responsible for providing the relevant professional customer services up to the company standard in the store environment.
- Relevant commercial and supervisory management experience preferably in fashion retailing;
- Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
