Job Description

Our Client is a well known F&B International Company. They would like to have a fast growing plan in our market and they are looking for a Young Marketing Manager PURPOSE OF THE JOB 1. Create a marketing Calendar which will deliver key strategic objectives 2. Activate the Calendar and bring it to life for Consumers Positioning and Engagement • Initiate and lead the conversation on positioning and key Brand challenges. • Build brand power through high quality, creative and insight based advertising • Supervise external supplier’s relationships (i.e., advertising agencies) • Look for opportunities to strengthen brand positioning across all touch points (asset, packaging, service, comms, store) Capabilities and externally with the Franchisees Key Italy Challenges: - Elevate Brand communication and establish the Brand positioning and purpose - Improve Brand differentiation via engaging and relevant innovation pipelined and insight led activation - Increase COB transaction and SSST via mix of everyday value basics and value innovation KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED: EDUCATION: University degree with specialization in Marketing and/or Communication (Master degree). EXPERIENCE: We are looking for an outstanding marketer with 5-7 years post-degree industry experience, preferably in FMCG. The candidate will always use consumer & competitive insight to ground his/her thinking. The Candidate will demonstrate a record of market share growth within consumer products, services or retail environments as a result of innovative, consumer centric indicatives he/she led. Must have had exposure to Digital Comm, ATL and BTL. Experience in Ecommerce and Loyalty program would be considered as an advantage. Strong desire to make a business impact (consumer centric but commercially driven) and comfortable with working with limited supervision and setting own agenda across a wide range of projects. The Candidate would have a record of influencing and taking people with him/her without direct reporting in cross functional projects (sales Teams, R&D, Supply etc.). Fluency in English required; another European language would be beneficial. Intermediate level computer skills with strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. *Must be Internationally mobile. Second language desirable. The role will require a degree of international travels of experience required. The role is based in Milan
