KAM MEDICATION DELIVERY&PHARMA - Emilia Romagna, Triveneto, Lombardia, Toscana


• Is responsible for prospects evaluation and development, Sales Force support on selected Accounts
• Facilitation of Value Based Proposition Development
• Promotion on the Value Added Solutions to the Key Accounts in her\his territory
• She\he coordinates her/his activities with the Business Development Manager
• She\he is in charge of the Commercial Execution of the healthcare solution in her\his assigned territory, furthermore for the related activities acts as the pivot for other functions at Account level (eg. Market Access, Medical, etc.)
• She\He acts as the expert of product and solutions, particularly developing and maintaining relationship with KOLs
• Internally She\He collaborates with Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers to support the Sales target achievement.


  • Negotiating, Solutions and Consultative Selling Skills (eg. SPIN, scenario comparison, etc.
  • Ability to write and prepare offers including both Products or Solutions
  • Product\Solutions focused knowledge
  • Ability to understand Customer need and describe processes
  • Understanding of Customer financial statements
  • Verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Previous experience in products and service selling in the Hospitals ,with skills to manage
  • Pharmacists and administrators
  • Preferable residence in Emilia-Romagna
