REGIONAL MARKET ACCESS MANAGER – NORTH-ITALY

The main responsibilities of the Regional Market Access Manager, as a field-based permanent position, are the following:
- Takes care of Institutional Relations, representing the interest of the business with the regional Healthcare Administrative and Decisional Stakeholders/Committees (local Regional Healthcare Dept.)
- Monitors local key policies that may affect the business, consolidating relationships with Payers and with all other important functions within the Regional Healthcare System, in order to identify customer needs to be "translated" into specific business proposals
- Supports the Head of RMAM in preparing the above and developing and implementing innovative projects, in line with the assigned goals for the year
- Participates in regional Technical Committees relating to specific public/private projects in which Company is involved, in a "One Company" perspective
- Informs the Head of RMAM on the state of activities/contacts in place by means of regular reports
- Supports the Head of RMAM in developing the Market Access Plan.

LA PERSONA

- University Degree or equivalent (in Science, Commercial, Medical, etc.)
- Significant experience in Medical Devices or Pharma business in Sales or National Accounts and Bids procedures and requirements
- Lobbying and negotiation skills
- Communication and facilitation skills
- Process orientation
- Selling skills
- Financial analysis skills
