For a 4*S hotel in Sicily, we are looking for an



Main Duties:

  • Reporting to the General Manager
  • Interact with customers being friendly and courteous
  • Making new plans for developing conference, incentive and events in the hotel
  • Dealing with GC&E leads, analyzing costs and pricing for creating exclusive proposal
  • Reinforce old and create new partnership with services or equipment suppliers
  • Interact with sales team and event active team for achieving goals through sales activities, proactively driving conversation to maximize revenue of GC&E dept.
  • Be focused on communicating, maintaining and developing client relationship


Job Requirements:

  • Fluent Italian and English both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience as Event Sales Manager or Assistant Event Sales Manager in hospitality companies, in 4 or 5 stars properties
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
