For a 4*S hotel in Sicily, we are looking for a


Main Duties:

  • Reporting to the General Manager and to company F&B Cost Controller
  • Interact with customers being friendly and courteous
  • Attention to details in all F&B outlets
  • Food standards, costs, safety, revenue, budget, forecasting
  • Making new plans for developing F&B in the hotel, rallying the team during heavy shifts, resolving conflicts and getting the job done
  • Dealing with food, also have to deal with costs, pricing and creating work schedules and working hand to hand with che chefs
  • Keeping work schedules, organizing schedules for the job
  • Interact with Chefs, Maitre and Barman in creating new menus for the outlets
  • Problem solving Skills: dealing with employee conflict, irritate customers and wrong stock orders, able to come up with a solution quickly is a needed situation
  • Speaking Skills: accurately and easily communicate standards to the staff, give orders and speak with customers clearly


Job Requirements:

  • Fluent Italian and English both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience as F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in hospitality companies, in 4 or 5 stars properties
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
