For a Luxury Resort we are looking for a

SALES & EVENT MANAGER

 

Main Duties:

  • Reporting to the General Manager
  • Making new plans for developing G&E in the resort
  • Dealing with G&E leads, analyzing costs and pricing for creating exclusive proposal
  • Be focused on communicating, maintaining and developing client relationship
  • Sales proactive activities in order to develop new business
  • Reinforce old and create new partnership with services or equipment suppliers
  • Plan, direct and implement events in a close relationship with the Banqueting and F&B teams in order to maximize guests satisfaction
  • Interact with customers being friendly and courteous
  • Develop and grow contact database
  • Create and manage several hotel packages
  • Maintain and manage contact to PR and Sale partner agencies
  • Maintain and manage contact to travel agencies and TO
  • Create and develop S&M Collaterals and useful tools for trade shows
  • Schedule and organize visit of journalists, travel agents and fam Trip
  • Opportunities for business travels
  • Assist GM in managing responses for reviews and social activities

 

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent Italian and English both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as Sales & Event Manager or Senior Sales & Event Executive in luxury hospitality properties
  • Business development oriented;
  • Good communication, leadership and management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
