Director of Rooms

Job Description

Our client, a 5*L international hospitality group, is looking for a Director of Rooms to join their operation. This is an iconic property currently undergoing re-branding and opening in 2019.

This role reports to the General Manager and manages an extensive team (Front Office, Housekeeping and Butlers).

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of the best luxury brands worldwide and to join a very exciting project.

Ideal candidate would have a 5*L background (brands such as Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, St Regis etc), would have at least 6 years experience in guest services/housekeeping or front office and ideally previous experience in the same role. Fluent English and Italian. Proven leader with great communication, problem solving and organisational skills. Collaborative and hands-on approach combined with drive for results is imperative.
