Guest Relations Manager
As Guest Relations Manager, you will manage the Guest Relations and Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with the standards while meeting/exceeding financial goals. You will build and nurture relationships with your team to ensure they provide an engaging, intuitive and refined service to our residents and guests.
This person must demonstrate the highest level of hospitality and professionalism in order to motivate his/her team to achieve the highest standards possible. He/She will have immaculate personal presentation and be passionate about developing their team. In addition they will be able to maintain excellent working relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers.
This role will require an exceptional level of attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English and Italian, and good working knowledge of Opera, advanced Microsoft Office.
This is an incredibly demanding role that must have exceptional customer service skills, passion for excellence, ability to anticipate and resolve customer complaints. ability to work well in a team environment.
He/She must demonstrate ability to perform multiple tasks in a busy environment and remain flexible, must have a self-starting personality with an even disposition to effectively communicate with guests and staff, must possess thorough knowledge of all guest services department operations, and individual job requirements, must have ability to resolve employee conflicts.
