Job Description

System Support Product Specialist


A System Support Product Specialist provides product support and product training to Service and Sales Organizations in accordance with plans and priorities established by the System Support Coordinator for Monitors.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides support to Global Marketing, Sales Teams, Product Specialists and Area Managers in terms of products performance and handling, including all other disposables and accessories connected to the products (system approach);
  • Provides Product Information and User Trainings to Sales & Product Specialist;
  • Acts as internal support function with clinical background for R&D, Quality (complaint investigations) and root cause analysis;
  • Provides product education support and trainings when more knowledge is needed and keeps the product training material updated;
  • Supports Global Marketing in specific Marketing campaign;



  • Master degree in nursing sciences
  • Experience in dialysis therapy
  • Knowledgeable in medical technology, regulatory requirements, products and components;
  • Good relational and communicational skills
  • Accuracy and professionalism are keywords
  • Fluent knowledge of English written and spoken
