Digital&Marketing Innovation Manager

Job Description


The Digital Marketing Manager, is responsible for the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies in the website, intranet, social networks, new media, and search engine optimization (SEO) channels, to ensure the Company is maximizing the use of digital technology.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads the development of online initiatives to deliver against business objectives.
  • Builds strategy, develops and executes short and long-term online marketing plans.
  • Increases traffic to the site by managing SEO projects & initiatives.
  • Manages the digital creative process working collaboratively with internal stakeholders (marketing, business, channel leads, partners) and external agencies/freelance resources from requirements definition to final production ( landing pages, website content, banner advertising, video & other interactive media).
  • Manages the development and reporting of digital metrics, setting standards, monitoring and tracking social media and other digital marketing analytics utilizing ongoing dashboards to measure progress and maximize ROI;
  • Manage the in-house execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive visitors to the website.
  • Develop the content and build landing pages or micro sites related to these campaigns.
  • Manage social media strategy, with an emphasis on setting short and long term goals, developing metrics, defining audiences and identifying key tactics.
  • Keep current with emerging web technologies & best practices in usability and design.



Skills and Background

Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Online Marketing or equivalent

Understanding of B2B marketing strategies and passion for  communication technologies

Proven success in the development of digital campaigns, both as stand-alone marketing programs or as part of integrated marketing programs that drive greater brand awareness, engagement and traffic to website

Deep understanding of digital marketing practices:, emerging technologies, ROI analysis, etc.

Excellent writing, editing, curating, and content creation skills Strong background in and understanding of search (SEO) principles and keyword-focused content creation

Excellent project management skills, with proven ability to deliver against deadlines or against a regular cadence

Experience managing multiple vendors

Strong communication and presentation skills

Thinks strategically and executes tactically

A positive, self-starter, can-do attitude

CRM experience;

High proactivity, energy and problem solving attitude

Fluency in oral and written English

Marketing Automation experience

CMS management experience
