Job Description

                                          B2B Key Account Manager (KAM) – UK

Reporting to the B2B Sales Manager, the B2B KAM (UK) will assist in defining and implementing the B2B sales plan. The position requires intensive traveling in the country. Presence at the offices HQ in Milan may be requested on a regular basis for coordination and planning activities.

Main responsibilities:

• Working to research, develop, identify and quantify new B2B sales opportunities focusing on Corporate Customers, with the objective of achieving and exceeding forecasted sales goals through cold calls, networking activities, direct meeting with customers and prospects, presentations, new lead generation programs, promotions, etc.

• Assist Sales Manager to define and proactively drive new business development plan in the B2B arena, Direct Channel • Responsible for developing and maintaining existing top Direct customer relationships and opening new top direct accounts in order to increase revenue

• Qualifying and responding to incoming inquiries about custom editions (B2B) sales opportunities; finalizing custom product proposals and order confirmations • Assist Sales Manager with the sales planning process for the Direct Channel (3 year plan, Sales Budget, Action plans) and owner of the related implementation

• Coordinating sales and marketing materials and new products/customization launches at trade shows

• Developing special promotional strategies in coordination with the sales and marketing teams, attending professional events and trade shows to promote the brand and generate new leads • Analyzing and developing knowledge of competitive products, and market landscape

• Administrative tasks in CRM, maintenance of client database information, frequent reporting about sales funnel/pipeline and opportunities management

• Order processing, customer service and credit management activities

Skills requirements:

• Minimum 3 years sales experience as Account / Key Account Manager – ideally in B2B markets / with Corporate Customers

• Strong ability in opening, managing and developing of top accounts in complex structures and multinational companies interfacing with different departments (Marketing, Purchases etc.)

Capability in Project Management in cooperation with Marketing / Communication Agencies • Experience in a multi-channel selling model with trade is a plus

• Experience in A-Brand Management and Marketing is a plus

• English and Italian fluent

• Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, CRM

• Flexibility and ability to be effective in a fast changing environment

• Strongly proactive approach

• Ability to follow multiple projects simultaneously
