Job Title: Installation Manager TOKYO

Client:        A multinational robotics firm           

Location:   Tokyo (Yokohama)

Salary:      12 million YEN

Japanese Language Proficiency is a MUST( Both Written and spoken)

Years of Experience: 6-10 Years

Job Description


o    Creating installation plans for different products at the Company and implementing those within specified costs and timelines

o    Ensuring that installation team has well defined targets and all necessary resources to achieve those targets

o    Creating feedback loop for the design, SCM and productions teams based on installation observations

o    Creating and executing processes for smooth handover to the Support and Maintenance team

o    Managing the installation costs

o    Devising mechanism for sharing installation reports and tracking installation metrics

o    Timely evaluation of installation managers' performance

o    Training and skill enhancement of installation team


o    6+ years of experience as a Installation Manager or at equivalent position

o    Experience in automating warehouse management preferred.

o    Inclination towards defining and implementing processes

o    Experience of leading large teams is mandatory

o    Strong business acumen, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

o    Meticulous planning ability

o    Ability to interact with cross-functional and international teams.

o    Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferably, Mechanical or Electrical)

o    Strong sense of ownership, empathy and adherence to timelines
