Salary: 10 Million + 30% Bonus YEN

o Responsible for technical sales and solution design for customers
o Understand our product offerings and get well versed with our solutioning and simulation tools
o Work closely with solution consultants for consulting engagements to address high complexity solutions
o Develop broad understanding of customers existing software systems and integration with our products
o Understand existing processes at customer sites to realize full potential of the solutions proposed
o Provide Commercial Proposal to Customer including the final Bill of Materials and technical solution
o Graduate with 5 -10 years of B2B sales or Enterprise sales in leading companies in IT/Consulting/Solution Sales.
o Strong process optimization experience & analytical skills
o Broad understanding of Supply Chain and Warehouse operations
o Experience creating solutions to map technology solutions to a customer business while optimizing people and processes.
o Proven ability to Influence technical CXO level decisions
o Strong Presentation & Communication skills
