Commodity Manager

Job Description


  • Define internal needs and assess market conditions
  • Design a sourcing strategy based on technological roadmaps and supplier base def inition in agreement and coordinated by the group commodity manager.
  • Ensure new suppliers onboarding and phase-out plans execution
  • Negotiates Long Term Agreements contracts apply ing the suppliers negotiation plan model
  • Manage quality and av ailability supplier perf ormance
  • Support Product Management and Supplier Assurance activities
  • “Early ” supplier selection and inv olv ement
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities and dev elop cost reduction plans
  • Drive Budgeting process
  • Primary Group contracts negotiation

Basic Requirements
Education:  Engineering Degree pref errable
Seniority:  5 to 10 Years seniority
Previous Experiences: Procurement
Languages: English mandatory
Others (Coming Markets/Sectors, International Mobility): Industrial Heating application as preferrable. Automotive, Domestic Appliance
