Junior administrative specialist (temporary position)

Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Reception of calls and guests;
- Organizational and technical support of the company's activity;
- Travel management: Booking and redemption of air, rail, car tickets, hotel reservation and accommodation, organization of transfer and timely submission of notices / registration for foreign citizens;
- Responsibility for good technical condition of office equipment;
- Timely purchase of office supplies, necessary household materials, food, equipment and inventory;
- Reception of telephone calls, written correspondence;
- Creation of requests in SAP system and execution of their arrival on receipt of goods / services;
- Execution of works on archive maintenance;
- Maintaining records management, registration of incoming/outgoing documentation;
- Systematization and classification of documents and information, bringing them to the direct executors;
- Sending and receiving documents from the regions;
- Execution of individual service orders, the immediate superior.

Requirements:

- Experience as an office manager or administrator from 1 year;
- Excellent computer knowledge (MS Outlook, preferably SAP) and office equipment;
- Knowledge of English and Kazakh language at the level of intermediate and higher;
- Higher or secondary special education;

Conditions:

- Social package;
- Temporary position for 1 year;
- 5/2, 09:00-18:00.
