Responsibilities:
All Recruitment process, mass hiring as well (call center);
HR Administration in accordance with Labour Code;
Consulting of employees and LT on Labour Legislation;
Training and Development Coordination;
HR budgeting.
 
Requirements:
Work experience in HR – minimum 3 years;
Experienced in recruiting working ;
Knowledge of Labor Code of the RK;
English and Kazakh - fluent level;
Independent and Self-sufficient;
Team Player and Team-Builder;
Strong Communication Skills;
Easy-going and Ready to Undertake a Variety of Tasks.
