• All Recruitment process, mass hiring as well (call center);
• HR Administration in accordance with Labour Code;
• Consulting of employees and LT on Labour Legislation;
• Training and Development Coordination;
• HR budgeting.
• Work experience in HR – minimum 3 years;
• Experienced in recruiting working ;
• Knowledge of Labor Code of the RK;
• English and Kazakh - fluent level;
• Independent and Self-sufficient;

• Strong Communication Skills;
